In 1994 Jay left Farmers Insurance to work for Crawford and Company as a Casualty Claims Adjuster and was named Casualty General Adjuster in 2000.  Kennetha Davis:  Chief Operating Officer

After attending Texas Tech University, Kennetha moved to Austin in 1997 and began working as a Marketing Coordinator for the Central Region Marketing Department for Circle K Stores.  After several years, Circle K was bought out by a national corporation, and the entire marketing department was laid off.  Kennetha took this opportunity to start her family, and while her kids were younger, she held several part-time positions at a Medical & Technology Recruitment Company, a church, and even a teacher at a preschool.  In 2004,  Kennetha jumped back into the workforce where she became the Scheduler & Production Manager for AcuScribe Court Reporters, a court reporting firm located in downtown Austin.  She was quickly was promoted to Office Manager, and during her 10 years working for the firm, she oversaw the office and the employees both in and outside the office, applied for and negotiated contracts for new and increased business from the state.  She continuously worked to improve efficiencies and implement process changes in order to keep the office running smoothly.  In June 2014, Kennetha made her move to become the Office Manager for Best Claims Service.  She quickly caught on to the ins and outs of the adjusting industry.  Her versatility in many different functional areas of the office, from claim assignments to invoicing, payroll, and everything in between, make her a valuable addition to the BCS team.  

Eileen Luna:  Casualty General Adjuster

Eileen began her claims career in 1997 with U.S.A.A. and served as a Casualty Claims Adjuster from 1997 through 2005.  In this role, Eileen was responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating and settling auto property damage and bodily injury claims while delivering exceptional customer service and exercising sound judgment.  Eileen joined Best Claims Service LLC in 2013 and currently serves as a Casualty General Adjuster handling the investigation and resolution of personal and commercial auto, commercial trucking, cargo and homeowners liability claims.  Eileen maintains a Texas Adjusters and Texas Life Insurance License as well as obtained her Legal Principles Claim Specialist (L.P.C.S.) and Casualty Claim Law Associate (C.C.L.A.) designations.

Janet Williford:  Casualty General Adjuster

Janet joined Crawford & Company in June 1997 as an Administrative Supervisor and transitioned to a Claims Adjuster in 2003 where she adjusted a variety of claims to include workers compensation, personal auto, products liability and commercial liability.  Janet was also assigned a dedicated account for the Texas Association of Public Schools where she handled and resolved a high volume of liability claims.  Janet joined Best Claims Service LLC in April 2012 and currently serves as a Casualty General Adjuster handling the investigation and resolution of personal and commercial auto, commercial trucking, cargo and homeowner’s liability claims.  Janet prides herself on her integrity and enthusiasm and applies these traits to each claim she handles.   Janet is an active member of the Austin Claims Association.

Joe Gibson:  Casualty General Adjuster

Joe graduated from the University of Texas Permian Basin in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice.  In 1994, Joe began his adjusting career with Farmers Insurance as a Field Claims Adjuster.  From 1994 through 2001, Joe served in this role handling all aspects of each claim to include conducting thorough coverage and liability investigations, hiring reconstruction experts, attending mediations and negotiating and settling represented and unrepresented bodily injury claims.  From 2001 through 2008, Joe served as a Subrogation Specialist with Farmers where he pursued the recovery of monies from insured and uninsured responsible parties.  During this time, Joe also volunteered for three years as an arbitration panelist where he served as an impartial umpire rendering recovery decisions on disputed liability claims.  In 2008, Joe transitioned to the role of Property Catastrophe Claims Adjuster before joining Best Claims Service LLC in 2009.  Joe currently serves as a Casualty General Adjuster handling the investigation and resolution of personal and commercial auto, commercial trucking, cargo and homeowner’s liability claims. 

Stephanie Peel:  Casualty General Adjuster

Stephanie graduated from Amberton University in 2003 obtaining her Bachelors in Business Administration.   Stephanie began her claims career in 2002 at Progressive Insurance where she held various titles to include Field Adjuster, Claims Trainer, Catastrophe Specialist and Large Loss Injury Adjuster.  In 2006, Stephanie joined AIG where she served as a Claims Manager overseeing a team handling personal auto claims.  Stephanie joined Travelers Insurance in 2008 where she managed a pending of litigated files which included personal auto, commercial auto and homeowners liability claims.  Stephanie joined Best Claims Service LLC in 2016 where she currently serves as a Casualty General Adjuster handling personal and commercial auto, commercial trucking, cargo and homeowners liability claims.  Stephanie is licensed and has experience in multiple states including; Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and Louisiana.

Carlos De La Garza:  Claims Adjuster

Carlos graduated from The University of Texas Pan American in 2006 obtaining his Bachelor in Business Administration. Carlos began his claims career in 2007 when he was hired as a liability field Claims Adjuster for Farmers Insurance Group. Carlos held various roles through his tenure at Farmers Insurance from 2007 to 2017. He handled auto claims at the beginning of his career and then transitioned to become a commercial non-auto liability claims adjuster, where he mostly handled premises and products liability claims.  Carlos joined Best Claims Service LLC in 2018 where he currently serves as a Claims Adjuster. Carlos has experience handling and is licensed and in multiple states including: Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and Louisiana.
